Reblochon is aged in cellars or caves in the Haute Savoie mountain range.

Turned every two days and washed with whey to speed the ripening process to produce a soft, washed-rind cheese made from unpasteurised cow's milk. Reblochon has a creamy soft texture remains in mouth.
